Hello and Welcome to Canadian Korovai.

My name is Michele and I bake in Winnipeg MB Canada.



It has come to my attention that we Ukrainians still want to keep as much tradition alive through many generations, unfortunately, the art of baking and making Korovai is beginning to fade into the memories of generations past.

 

I have decided to do my best to maintain the art of creating Korovai and hope that you will find them to be as beautiful as I do.  Love and Prayers.
